Elios Family Restaurant - Comfort Food in San Leandro, CA

Very busy at breakfast, but we found a seat right away for dinner. The Waldorf salad with shrimp was huge! My nephew decided on breakfast (which is served all day), an omelet, which he enjoyed. I also ordered a huge margarita, that came with a shot of tequila on the side. There's plenty of free parking and the service was great!

My child has ASD and it is difficult to find a restaurant where the music isn't too loud or the crowds over stimulating. Elias was perfect! We sat in the back and even the t.v. wasn't overly loud. My child and I had great tasting food. When asked, my child stated they enjoyed themselves. We are definitely making Elios one of our few "go to" spots. Thank you to the staff who made our visit so memorable!

Best breakfast I've had so far in the bay area! The veggie omelet (add jalapeños and delicious salsa on the side), sour dough toast was great! I was so full! The plate was full with large portions.I was equally impressed that the omelet was still steaming hot when I reached the end! You seat yourself when you come in with plenty of seats front and back. I was met immediately with coffee and friendly smiles! I can not wait to return for lunch/dinner. Great experience and highly recommended!

First review but we have eaten here often. It's a local favorite. Wait times could be long so we often just get take out. Came in 945am on a Saturday. Recommend to come in early, it does get busy This is the one restaurant where we always get the same order...chicken fried steak comes with 2 eggs, toast and hash browns. Hearty serving size, not for light eaters. If you don't eat much, would recommend splitting an order.

We hadn’t been to the Bay Area in years, yet Elio’s Family Restaurant was still there in San Leandro. We went for dinner right before they got busier. The parking lot was full of cars, which is a good sign you’ve come the right place! I ordered the grilled pork chops, mom got her chicken fried steak, and Nancy chose the grilled salmon salad. I had a house salad with my meal, whereas mom chose the chicken noodle soup , which she topped with crackers. The food was delicious, the service superb, and we were able to maneuver the wheelchair just fine as we made our way to the back where the wheelchair fit perfectly beneath the table top. Happy all the way around. Concepcion was our waitress and she made sure everything was just right.

Great spot for casual dining. Staff was friendly. Lots of options on their menu. We ordered 2 salads, Chicken Parmesan, BLT and a waffle as part of a late lunch (yes they serve breakfast at 3!). Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. We were starving so I only got a pic of the parm and Mediterranean salad but everything was great. Save room for dessert! We got the German chocolate cake and the Strawberry Whipped Cream cake.

Great serving size, the food was ok. If in the area we would try it again.Lots of potential there. The service was great the bar had this retro vibe to it, I liked it.

To all my Google reviewers this place is excellent! The food is good the service is good place is very clean and a very wonderful atmosphere. Service with a smile! If you live in this area or not in this area, take a nice drive and have a very tasty breakfast lunch or dinner. This is my first time coming here and I was overwhelmingly impressed! I definitely will be back here again. The bar is well stocked. Plenty of TVs to watch the games. You definitely won't be disappointed!
